Responsibilities:
- Liaise and Evaluate Recruitment and Assessment Report from 3rd party
- Update Competency Management
- Conduct test if necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Excellent in interpreting psychological test
- Familiar with Competency Based Human Resource Management
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
