1. Admin Logistic (Internship)

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• To Ensure that goods shipping and purchase documentation and general record keeping are completed to a high order of accuracy and in a timely fashion
• Preparing shipping documentation and liaison with shipping agents
• Communication with customers regarding parts and delivery times
• Preparing delivery documentation for engineers out in the field ensuring timely deliveries and
• communication
• Liaison with engineering departments over movement of goods are repair items

Requirements:

• Last Semester Student or Fresh Graduates from Industrial or Maritime Engineering, Logistic or Social Sciences
• Have knowledge about shipping agents and external suppliers regarding deliveries
• Chosen candidates will only be hired for the next six months internship period

2. Training & Development Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines, technical/ engineering/ science background is preferred.
• Belong to the top 5% in the faculty.

3. Senior Legal Officer

Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

• Male/Female, Maximum 30 years of age
• Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Law from reputable university
• Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, land related matter and regulatory compliance of the group
• Reviewing corporate and commercial agreements of the group as well as providing professional advice and consultationon legal matters
• Reviewing and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts
• Placement in Jakarta and willing to travel to site

4. Mechanical Section Head

Kalimantan Selatan
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years Experience as Mechanical in coal mining industry is preferable
• Have strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project.
• Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly.
• Good in English, both in oral and writing
• High analytical skill
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• willing to work on site

5. Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)

Sumatera Selatan
Responsibilities:

• Responsible and make sure of all mining activity running well at the site
• In charge of safety and environment
• Prepare mining, safety and environment report

Requirements:

• Minimum 30 years old, Max. 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 3 Years Experiences at the same position
• Having POP, POM, POU (KTT certification)
• Understand mining safety and environment (K3)
• Proficient in MS office application and mining software
• Having good communication skill
• Good in lobbying and maintaining good relationship with government institution
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the pressure

6. Electrical Section Head

Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:

• Assign and coordinate with all sub-contractors in performing Electrical works
• Control, estimate & budget cost & man power planning
• Make schedule of Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenace for Electrical Equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years Experience as Electrical Engineer in Coal Mining Industry
• Have strong Leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project.
• Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly.
• Willing to located in Site.

7. Senior Mine Engineer

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Due Diligence / Feasibility Study
• Long Term Mine Plan (Pit / Production Scheduling and Cycle Time / Equipment Allocation)
• Mine Scheduling, Dump Balance, Pit / Dump Design
• Reserve Calculation
• Economic Valuation for projects rank

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 4 year Experience as Engineer
• Able to Operate Mining Software : Minex is a Must (Min. 1 Year), Minescape, XPAC, TALPAC
• Having minimum POP Certification is Preferably
• Excellent Analytical and Dynamic
• Based Jakarta (Head Office)

8. Resource Geologist

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Borehole Interpretation
• Reserve Modelling

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering
• Minimum 5 Year Experience as Resource Geologist
• Able to operate mining software : Minescape or Minex
• Based in Jakarta (Head Office)

9. Exploration Supervisor

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

• Outstanding proficiency in exploration project & geological database and mine planning (Mincom) and other general office software (microsoft)
• Mining Principles, Mine Design Concepts & Mining Methods
• Ensure that coal quantity & quality are undertaking their roles effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering
• Minimum 3 year Experience in Coal Mining Exploration
• Based in Site

10. SHE Section Head

Kalimantan Selatan
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or K3
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Coal Mining Industry, with 2 Years experience as SHE Section Head
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed on site

11. Civil Infrastructure Supervisor

Jambi, Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and make sure that schedule of project within time frame, make sure quality and quantity of work is always referring to contract document and term of references
• Manage subordinates to supervising working progress and make a close monitoring with daily report
• Design building structure, and making coordination with any other party during planning and constructing period
• Monitor progress of work to running in schedule, and quality and quantity as contract specification. And coordinating the construction drawing to be apply at site
• Make sure the project is completed on time and meet standard as plan

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port.
• Have some experiences in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is preferable
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Be able to adapt quickly

12. SHE Department Head

Kalimantan Tengah
Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or K3
• Minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry, with 2 Years experience as SHE Department Head
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
