1. Sales System Support & Project Coordinator (SSS)

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible to provide support for Sales team in terms of Sales Information System (including but not limited to TurfView & JDE). The role is also responsible to plan, execute, and finalize projects within Sales Operation, includes acquiring resources and coordinating (if any) team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure in Sales department 
  • Expert in Sales Information System (preferable JDE & TurfView)
  • Experienced at working both independently and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

2. Sales Administration Executive (SAE)

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Support Sales team in processing Purchase Orders from distributors and Sales Order to the plant. Also responsible to assist in processing claims from distributor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sales Administration
  • Preferably having knowledge and experience using JDE system
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good understanding of business context and business processes

3. Procurement & Planning Manager (PPM)

Responsibilities:
This role will lead the supply planning and procurement team of 3 permanent staff in PT. Castrol Indonesia Merak Plant and will manage all procurement processes, supply planning and commercial at GSC Indonesia . She/He has responsibility to ensure all planning activity and purchases process are compliance against group procurement policy; competitive, accurately recorded and efficiently used to deliver maximum value added for GSC in serving the Sales and Marketing Team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering or other discipline
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Accounting, Procurement and Supply Planning.
  • Knowledge in Procurement and Operation Management.
  • Knowledge in Management Accounting and Finance.
  • Knowledge of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment.
  • Timely and accurate use of JDE system as well as communication with Supplier scheduler and Sales team will be critical to success.
  • Understanding budget implications and cost savings initiatives.
  • Proficiency of ERP system (JDE, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Office.
  • Proficiency of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
