1. Waitress
Requirements:- Maximum 27 years old.
- Wide knowledge of and create mix drinks (coffe) is preffered.
- Good Looking & energetic.
- Highly motivated, friendly, good attitude, attractive with proportional weight & height.
- Good team work.
- Ability to work hard and long hours.
- Experienced within top level restaurant/Café/Bistro, stars hotel will be highly priority.
2. Chef de Cuisine
Responsibilities:Planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating the activities of personel engaged in cooking and preparing food in all kitchen and banquets in order for making profitable of food production.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
- Positive attitude, wise, discipline, initiative, good self motivation.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent hospitality.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Kitchen Management, Leadership, Motivation, Decision Making & Presentation.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
- Willing to work under pressure and long hours.
3. Assistant Chief Engineer (ACE)
Responsibilities:Responsible to support, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all engineering activities. To support Chief Engineer prepare and implement preventif maintenance, methods and techniques improvement programs and other engineering objectives, particularly energy conversation.
Requirements:
- Male
- Posses Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering Disciplines
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in this field with min. 2 years managerial position preferably in hotel
- Preferably specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- Proficient in English is a must
- Analytical thinking and strong leadership with high degree responsibility
- Self motivated and hard working
4. Director of Sales and Marketing (DoSM)
Responsibilities:Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Sales and Marketing activities. Prepare and implement annual financial budgets and related sales, marketing and business plan.
Requirements:
- Male
- Posses Bachelor Degree from recognized Hotel University
- Minimum 6 years experience in this field, with min. 2 years in the same position in International Hotels, preferably in Jakarta
- Proficient in English is a must
- Analytical thinking and strong leadership with high degree of responsibility
- Self motivated and hard working with proven ability to lead a large Sales & Marketing team
- Innovative and Creative
5. Front Office Staff (GRO/GSA)
Responsibilities:- Responsible for maintaining the maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction, completing, updating and merging the guest history / profile in the computer system, making courtesy call periodically, and taking care of all requirement of the VIP guests / Club Floor guests.
- Female, maximum 26 years old
- Minimum Diploma degree from Tourism Academy
- Experience in hotel industry will be advantage, however fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Well groomed, good English verbal & written, computer literate
