1. Chef (CF)

Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Have minimal 3 years experience as a Chef / Sous Chef
  • Education minimum D3 in restaurant industry or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skill and good management
  • Excellent in communication and team work
  • Understand English and Computer
  • Very good creative and innovation skills
  • Responsible to handle central kitchen and outlet kitchen operation
  • Willing to be station in Surabaya

2. Head Section Pastry (HP)

Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Have minimal 3 year experience as a Chef de Partie / Head Section Pastry
  • Education minimum D3 in restaurant industry or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skill and good management
  • Excellent in communication and team work
  • Very good creative and innovation skills
  • Responsible to handle outlet kitchen operation
  • Willing to be station in Surabaya

3. Head Section Hot Kitchen (HHK)

Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Have minimal 3 year experience as a Chef de Partie / Head Section Hot Kitchen
  • Education minimum D3 in restaurant industry or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skill and good management
  • Excellent in communication and team work
  • Very good creative and innovation skills
  • Responsible to handle outlet kitchen operation
  • Willing to be station in Surabaya

4. Restaurant Supervisor (SPV)

Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Minimum experience 3 years for Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor
  • Education minimum D3 in restaurant industry or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skill and good management
  • Excellent in communication and team work
  • Understand English and Computer

5. Head Section Bartender (HB)

Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Have minimal 3 year experience Head Section Bartender

6. Sous Chef (SC)

7. Restaurant Manager (RM)
