1. AVP Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions; general accounting, cost accounting, consolidation, cash management and budget monitoring.
• Ensure internal control and compliance with all local accounting, tax, statutory requirements as well as corporate policies.
• Liaise with external/ internal auditors, tax agents and banks as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance with MBA is highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior manager position
• Exposure from Public Accounting firm is an advantage
• Proficient in SAP is a plus
• Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, understanding and monitoring business activities and processes is sought
• Result and detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill
• Demonstrate a high degree of professional competence and integrity

2. Mining Operation Control Manager

Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.
• Produce geological and other technical documents as required for all aspects of exploration requirements

Requirements:

• (Based in Kalimantan Selatan)
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Min. 8 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
• Active user of geological study software, applications and testing devices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to disburse geology study results and exploration strategies
• Willing to be placed in all company’s locations or Jakarta
• Good knowledge of land reclamation
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements

3. System Planning & Design Specialist – Financial Accounting / FICO

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain, design and document business blueprints
• Responsible to create and maintain application roadmap and standard design.
• Verify every user’s change request against application roadmap, standard design and IT guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Information management, information system, computer science, or MBA.
• Specific skill in area of SAP Financial Accounting which cover SAP module FI, CO, TR, PS, IM.
• Preferably familiar with ARIS tool.
• Minimum 5 year experience

4. System Planning & Design Specialist – SAP Business Object

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain, design and document business blueprints
• Responsible to create and maintain application roadmap and standard design.
• Verify every user’s change request against application roadmap, standard design and IT guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Information management, information system, computer science, or MBA.
• Specific skill in area of SAP Business Object which cover Crystal report, BO Analysis, Web intelligence, BO dashboard, BO explorer, BO mobile.
• Preferably familiar with ARIS tool.
• Minimum 5 year experience

5. System Planning & Design Specialist – IBM Lotus Notes

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain, design and document business blueprints
• Responsible to create and maintain application roadmap and standard design.
• Verify every user’s change request against application roadmap, standard design and IT guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in Information management, information system, computer science, or MBA.
• Specific skill in area of IBM Lotus Notes application.
• Preferably familiar with ARIS tool.

6. System Planning & Design Specialist – SAP Logistic

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain, design and document business blueprints
• Responsible to create and maintain application roadmap and standard design.

• Minimum S1 majoring in Information management, information system, computer science, or MBA.
• Specific skill in area of SAP Logistic which cover SAP module MM, SD, PP, QM, PM.

7. Document & Licensing Manager

Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat)
Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage all land acquisition matters, dealing and negotiating with the local community and relevant government body
• Approach Government body relating with land acquisition and Community Development matters

Requirements:

• (Based in Pontianak)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law preferably
• Preferably has experience in Agribusiness sector
• Good communication and social skills
• Strong network amongst local governor and law enforcement bodies
• High level of integrity

8. Corporate Finance/ Investment Senior Manager

Requirements:

• Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master’s degree in Finance
• Min 5-6 years in similar role and having preferably 3 years of experience in Investment banking/ Corporate Finance/Investment/ Management Consulting.
• Exposure in various M&A deals and proven track record in executing M&A deals
• Strong structuring, analytical and financial modeling skills
• Good command of English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Good presentation and negotiation skills is a must
• Willing to be posted overseas at the investment location of our company

9. IT Audit Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting or Computer Science
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Governance Audit
• Preferably CISA Certified or willing to take CISA Certification
• With experience on operational data monitoring, operational compliance audit or review and/ or report verification
• Ability to monitor business process as a whole against SAP
• Ability to map business process and address control deficiencies in the process
• Ability to create or document procedures and process flows
• Ability to work alone when necessary, or with a team in delivering solutions and enhancements.
• Risk management exposure is preferred
• Willingness to travel is a must

10. AVP Land Resources

Requirements:

• Master Degree (S2) or PhD in Earth Sciences or Land Evaluation
• Special Knowledge in Remote Sensing & Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• 10 years of experience in survey/ mapping, land evaluation and site selection
• Capable of conducting spatial analysis and site evaluation for Palm Oil facilities

11. Recruitment Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Execute day to day activities of Recruitment, Selection and also Assessment.
• Prepare and create reports related to Recruitment, Selection Assessment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, having Psychologist license is a plus
• Male preferred
• Min 5-6 years experience in mass recruitment for experienced hired and or campus recruitment
• Mastering of psychological testing tools
• Strong knowledge in developing Candidate Selection Process
• Willingness to travel extensively is a must

12. Senior Surveyor Manager

Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey site
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.

Requirements:

• Banjarmasin / Ketapang based
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geodetic Engineer or Geographer, Master Degree (S2) is highly desirable.
• More than 8 years of experience in survey measurement and mapping
• Exposure in Agribusiness is a plus

13. Project Manager Specialist

Responsibilities:

• To integrate & synchronize all main projects under each division at telecommunication business unit.
• To make sure all main projects in each division follow the project management standard
• To facilitate coordination meeting among divisions related to the projects’ issues
• To take action and or recommendation related to the projects’ issues
• To update regularly the progress status of the projects in front of the Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Having international certification on Project Management Professional
• Bachelor degree or post graduate from any disciplines
• Having experience in telecommunication project management at least 5 years
• Good communication skill
• Capable in Microsoft Project
• Good presentation skill in English
• Capable to work under pressure

14. IT Complicance Development Head

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of IT Standards and Policy to ensure good security
• Review and monitor the implementation of standardization and compliance towards existing IT procedures and regulations
• Monitor every project implementation/ SAP enhancement and non SAP including the implementation of procedure
• Ongoing review of data and procedures in relation to the control, accuracy as well as timeline
• Ability to provide recommendations in development area as a result of project and procedure review
• Review and analyze the implementation of security control from system design
• Coordinate with relevant departments/ divisions to ensure maximum contribution in relation to system information
• As external audit liaison when needed

Requirements:

• Min. 6 – 8 years of experience in similar role
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skill
• Possesses SAP knowledge and exposure is an advantage

15. AVP Funding

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow requirement planning
• Verify cash disbursement with external or internal parties and ensure it is made accurately on a timely manner
• Ensure loan facility for plasma are available on a timely manner
• Monitor smallholder’s loan repayment

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance with MBA is highly desirable
• 10 years of experience in similar role, especially exposure in Agribusiness sector
• Proficient in SAP is a plus
• Ability to prepare financial projection as well as plantation costing
• Good understanding on government regulations relating to corporate partnership with small holders as well as plasma scheme
• Result and detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill
• Demonstrate a high degree of professional competence and integrity

16. Head of Talent Management

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor talent management activities (talent discussion sessions)
• Manage talent development portfolio (talent development plan and fulfillment) and talent data (in and out talent pool)
• Manage and monitor assessment centre operations from planning assessment, developing reports to providing feedback
• Identify and select participants for management development and leadership program
• Involve in designing and implementing training for executive/managerial level, Management Trainee
• Provide training recommendations based on individual development need
• Review and update managerial/leadership competency periodically

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management
• Minimum 7 years experience in talent management & assessment

17. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Responsibilities:

• Calculate project and construction budgets
• Calculate Cost analysis and alternatives
• Perform Cost control works
• Estimates/ Evaluate works performed by contractors
• Provide cost monitoring and reporting
• Budget control works
• Processing payment requests
• Value engineering coordination
• Market research and impact analysis
• Perform Quantity control, Risk management
• Reports necessary findings to N+1
• To possess good moral character, no undesirable governmental records and a responsible citizen

Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil or any Engineering degree
• At least 1 years of experience in relevant work experience major in Quantity Surveying, Engineering
• Experience in BOQ Analysis & Claims preparation for civil construction projects
• Be able to work individually and as part of a team
• High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under high pressure
• Able to speak, write and read English well
