Requirements:

2. Cash Implementation Support (CIS)

Responsibilities:

• To assist Implementation Manager with growing implementation
• Considerable items upcoming and ongoing fixes delivery by Mysis to be tested and our participation in Microsoft Patches twice in a month to ensure stability of the system, takes personnel efforts oriented technically then business. This may reduce our service level to our clients ie : response turnaround time ad no back up.
• To Assist with India implementation roll out and locally focusing on accelerating to increase fund transfer volume routed via online
• Manage number of existing online issues and unpredicted problems that has been occurring to be supported

Requirements:

• University Degree
• Having experience at least one (1) year
• Good communication skills, both in written and spoken English
• Able to conduct research via Internet
• Knowledge on Banking Operations & Internet Banking
• Proficient computer skills (word, excel, power point, visio, Microsoft project)
• Understand System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• A hardworking individual and able to work under pressure
